A Tiffin man faces criminal charges after allegedly sending a nude photo of someone to that person’s current boyfriend.
40-year-old Condrad Francisco of Elizabeth Lane was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 11:30 Monday night. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office says on the night of November 16th Francisco sent the nude photos to a subject in Oxford without the permission of the person in the photo, who is currently dating the recipient.
Francisco is charged with 1st Degree Harassment. If convicted, he faces a maximum of two years in jail.
