Iowa City Police have arrested a man wanted for allegedly masturbating in an apartment building stairwell.
21-year-old Ky’Shawn Voss of Hollywood Court was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 9:00 Saturday morning. Voss was wanted for an incident from last summer. A witness claims she was walking down the staircase of her building at 620 South Dodge Street just before 3:30 p.m. when she found Voss masturbating with his full genitalia exposed. She said Voss kept masturbating despite her verbally confronting him. The woman then fled back to her apartment.
Voss is charged with Indecent Exposure. If convicted, he faces a maximum of one year in jail.
