Cedar Rapids man accused of violating no contact order multiple times

A Cedar Rapids man has been charged with multiple counts of contempt after violating an active no-contact order.

According to criminal complaints, a no-contact order between 31-year-old Zacary Beguhn of A Avenue NE and the Tiffin victim was issued on November 1^st. Beguhn is accused of violating the order on November 5^th, 6^th, 8^th, 11^th, 25^th and 27^th through voicemails, emails, conversations and texts.

A warrant was issued on December 1^st; Beguhn was served on Monday and he was booked into the Johnson County Jail on $1000 bond. An additional no contact order was issued by Judge Jason Burns on Wednesday and a hearing has been set for the 18^th.
