Cedar Rapids man accused of violating no contact order multiple times

A Cedar Rapids man has been charged with multiple counts of contempt after violating an active no-contact order.

According to criminal complaints, a no-contact order between 31-year-old Zacary Beguhn of A Avenue NE and the Tiffin victim was issued on November 1st. Beguhn is accused of violating the order on November 5th, 6th, 8th, 11th, 25th and 27th through voicemails, emails, conversations and texts.

A warrant was issued on December 1st; Beguhn was served on Monday and he was booked into the Johnson County Jail on $1000 bond. An additional no contact order was issued by Judge Jason Burns on Wednesday and a hearing has been set for the 18th.
