A North Liberty man has been charged with harassment after allegedly disseminating nude photos without permission.
Police say on November 25th, 48-year-old Jason Morrow of West Lake Road sent full nude photos and videos of the victim via text message to another person without the victim’s consent or knowledge.
A warrant for Morrow’s arrest was issued Monday, and he was taken into custody Wednesday morning. He faces a charge of 1st degree Harassment and could be sentenced to up to two years in jail if convicted.
A no-contact order was requested by the victim.
