A Coralville man faces a murder charge after a Friday morning stabbing.
According to Coralville Police, officers responded to a report of a stabbing at 2871 Spring Rose Circle at about 6:40 a.m. Upon arrival, investigators located a female victim with stab wounds. Officers immediately rendered medical aid, but the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The victim’s identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
47-year-old James Fuller Martin was arrested and charged with 1st Degree Murder.
