A Tiffin woman who allegedly was on the wrong side of the road driving towards oncoming traffic faces possible jail time after marijuana and a weapon was discovered during the ensuing traffic stop.
47-year-old Laticia Robinson was reportedly observed committing the infraction Saturday night at approximately 9:22. While making contact, she reportedly had a strong odor of marijuana coming from her vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted, and marijuana and a firearm were allegedly located in the vehicle.
Robinson was charged with Marijuana possession and Person Ineligible to Carry Dangerous Weapons. If convicted on both counts, she faces a jail sentence of up to two years.
