A Texas woman has been arrested in Coralville after allegedly driving drunk with a toddler in her car.
Coralville Police pulled over 31-year-old Maua Lumona of Houston after she was reportedly observed failing to maintain her lane and stopping in the middle of the roadway on the 2700 block of the Coralville Strip just after 3:30 Sunday morning. Police say she showed signs of intoxication, provided a breath alcohol level of .095%. and had her five-month-old daughter inside the vehicle.
Lumona is charged with Operating While Intoxicated and Child Endangerment. If convicted on both counts, she faces a maximum of three years in jail.
