Allegedly threatening a woman with a fork has led to an Iowa City man’s arrest.
Iowa City Police say just before 6:45 Saturday night 18-year-old Olvin Funez Garcia of Sycamore Street was in a verbal argument with a woman inside his residence when he grabbed a large fork from the kitchen and threatened to kill her.
Funez Garcia…whose driver’s license lists him as a Texas resident…is charged with 1st Degree Harassment. If convicted, he faces up to two years in jail.
