The Louisa County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man they say was grooming a minor.
According to a news release from the sheriff’s office, 49-year-old Dylan Earl Lumsden was arrested without incident for Dissemination and Exhibition of Obscene Material to a Minor and Grooming.
The arrest came after a seven-month long investigation by the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office. Lumsden was released on bond and is awaiting trial. The Louisa County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office during the investigation.
Arraignment is set for March 13th.
