One person was hospitalized after a weekend crash near Riverside.
Washington County dispatch records show a vehicle rear-ended a semi on northbound Highway 218 just south of Highland High School just before 9:30 Sunday morning. One person was transported to University of Iowa Heath Care on Hawkins Drive in Iowa City. Their condition has not been released.
The drivers were identified as Ivan Bailey of Burlington and Allen Ginnett of Dallesport, Washington.
Charges are possible pending DCI lab results.
