A Marion man was arrested on a warrant stemming from an alleged criminal mischief charge.
According to court documents, the incident occurred November 21st at the Iowa City VA Hospital. 60-year-old John Kuhlman reportedly parked his vehicle in the parking garage there, then took a key and scratched the side of a vehicle.
The vehicle was equipped with cameras that reportedly captured the incident. Estimated damage to the vehicle was nearly 2200 dollars.
A warrant for Kuhlman’s arrest was issued February 6th. He was served February 13th, and arraignment was set last week for April 13th. If convicted, Kuhlman faces up to five years in prison.
