An Iowa City caregiver is accused of forcing herself on a dependent adult in her care.
Iowa City Police say 46-year-old Tyieshia Presley of Finkbine Lane was working at a local assisted living facility last August when a co-worker saw her sit next to a client, lean over, put her head in his lap and move his hand around her and onto her breast. The witness said Presley held the position for five to ten minutes…long enough for the witness to get a photograph that was later provided to police.
Presley was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 7:30 Friday morning and charged with Dependent Adult Abuse. If convicted, she faces a maximum of one year in jail.
The facility in question is not identified in police records.
