The Cedar Rapids Police Department has issued an Operation Quickfind for a 13-year-old boy missing since 10:20 this morning.
According to the release, 15-year-old Jarvis Biah was last seen on the 600 block of 33rd Street Northeast. He’s 5’8” tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. He has a small scar under his left eye and was last seen wearing a white “Spongebob” hoodie.
Anyone with information on Jarvis’ whereabouts is urged to contact the Cedar Rapids Police at 319-286-5350.
