One person was killed and two others injured when a car collided with a UTV in Tipton.
The Iowa State Patrol says the crash happened just before 7:45 Saturday night. The report indicates a 2008 Mazda CX-9 was northbound on Cedar Valley Road when it crossed the center line and collided head-on with a 2022 Polaris near Sand Trap Circle.
Three victims were transported to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, with one person succumbing to their injuries. No names have been released.
The incident remains under investigation.
