North Liberty Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing teenage girl.
Emma Mesecher was last seen around 11pm Saturday on the 100 block of West Penn Street in North Liberty. A release indicates that she might be in the Davenport area. It’s believed that she is not taking her medication and does not have her cell phone.
When last seen, Emma was wearing a red top and grey sweatpants. She is 17 years old, 5’6” tall and weighs arpproximately 250 pounds. She has blue eyes, straight hair, and a tattoo on her right arm.
