A Riverside man was taken into custody Monday after an investigation determined he was one of three suspects who ran up thousands in charges on a credit card found in a wallet.

According to the criminal complaint, 18-year-old Hudson Hesse of Schnoebelen Street and two other suspects found a wallet at West Overlook Beach the evening of July 5th.  They then used the card six different times, charging a total of $2195.98.

Police arrested Hesse and charged him with Unauthorized use of a Credit Card and 2nd degree Theft. If convicted on both counts, he faces a prison term of up to ten years.

One of the other suspects in the case, 18-year-old Jonathan Jackson of Ainsworth, was charged last month.
