The Washington County Sheriff’s office has arrested a suspect for Indecent Exposure after a reported incident outside the Riverside Casino & Golf Resort.
Washington County dispatch records show deputies were called to the casino just before 7:30 Saturday morning for what was described as “a naked male in the parking lot engaging in lewd behavior”.
Arriving deputies arrested 46-year-old Zachary Wallat. No address for Wallat is listed.
No other details about the incident have been released. If convicted, Wallat faces a maximum sentence of one year in jail.
