Iowa City officials say the community-wide food drive aimed at supporting local families continues to need donations.
Places to drop off donations include City Hall, both recreation centers, Fire Stations 2 and 4, the Landfill, the Library, the Municipal Airport, the Streets Division, and the Animal Care and Adoption Center.
Financial donations are most needed, but they’re also looking for donations of juice, peanut butter, canned meat, baby diapers and formula, rice, pasta, hearty soups and stews with a pop tab, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.
The drive continues through the fall.
