An Iowa City man who was on pre-trial release for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine was arrested last week for selling meth out of his apartment.

According to the criminal complaint, 54-year-old Mambu Fulgham of 501 Southgate sold the subsstance to another person the afternoon of September 15th and the morning of September 17th.  The lab at the Department of Criminal Investigations confirmed the substances sold were meth, and police say Fulgham was using the residence for using, possessing, selling and keeping controlled substances.

A warrant was issued December 5th, and Fulgham was arrested the next day. He faces one count of meth possession, one controlled substance violation, and two counts of keeping premises for controlled substances. If convicted on all charges, he faces a prison sentence of up to 15 years.
