A North Liberty man is looking at up to ten years in prison for allegedly shooting out windows with a BB gun.
Authorities say that between June 23rd and July 8th, 18-year-old Jonathan Gallman of Scales Bend Road Northeast shot out the windows of several businesses and a residence, with some businesses targeted multiple times.
Gallman was developed as a suspect, and upon questioning, he admitted to shooting BBs at windows in all the incidents reported over the period.
Total cost of the damaged windows is well in excess of $10,000.
No motive was given for Gallman’s actions.
He was taken into custody and charged with First Degree Criminal Mischief, a Class C Felony.
