Cyclist fatally injured in Highway 61 crash identified as Grandview firefighter

The cyclist who was struck by a northbound vehicle on Highway 61 south of Muscatine in the pre-dawn hours of Monday has been identified as a Grandview firefighter.

49-year-old Devin Estabrook of Letts, Iowa, is clinically dead following the hit-and-run crash.

Estabrook leaves behind a wife and two children.
