A one-car accident led to a North Liberty woman’s arrest overnight.
North Liberty Police say a Chevy Equinox left the road at Front and Zeller Streets just before 12:30 Wednesday morning and hit a fire hydrant. The driver, identified as 26-year-old Casara Rodriguez of South Chestnut Street, allegedly showed multiple signs of intoxication. Police say she failed field sobriety tests, admitted to drinking, and registered a blood alcohol content of .205.
Rodriquez was arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated.
