The incident reportedly occurred March 29th at approximately 9:25 am and involved 61-year-old Keven Theel. He and the victim were on the 1800 block of Boyrum Street, walking on opposite sides. According to arrest records, Theel crossed the street, approached the man in an aggressive manner, and punched him in the face three times.
