Local favorites The Beaker Brothers will be part of a free concert this afternoon near downtown Iowa City.
The non-profit Inside Out Reentry Community, which is commemorating ten years of helping and supporting those returning to the community after incarceration, is holding a special celebration at Chauncey Swan Park at the corner of Gilbert and Washington Streets.
