City of Iowa City news release
Heavy rainfall and flooding has closed the Iowa River Trail at the Highway 6 underpass, located just south of Riverfront Crossings Park, 1101 S. Clinton St.
Pedestrians and bicyclists should use an alternate route. City staff will continue to monitor the situation, and may close additional trails and park areas as needed.
