An area transient was charged with disorderly conduct last week after allegedly throwing rocks at people.

Police say 41-year-old Brandy Fulton was at Shelter House at 12:19pm Friday when she allegedly shoved a 15-year-old and threw rocks at other subjects.  Upon arrival, police were reportedly shown a phone video of Fulton throwing a rock across the parking lot in the direction of multiple people.

When interviewed, Fulton allegedly admitted to a separate act of throwing an object while standing about two to three feet from bystanders, but claimed she wasn’t aiming at anyone.

Fulton was charged with Disorderly Conduct. Later that day, Judge Karen Egerton sentenced her to a day in jail, giving her credit for time served.
