An Iowa City man was literally caught with his pants down and faces an indecent exposure charge.
According to the arrest report, 30-year-old Lamon Lewis, who lists his address as Shelter House, was seen at the Villas on 4th in Coralville masturbating in a public area. The reporting party described him as a naked man masturbating.
Arriving officers reportedly saw his erect penis with his hand, according to the report, “actively touching it.” He allegedly had no undergarments on and was completely exposed. Lewis reportedly admitted to watching pornography and masturbating.
He was charged with Indecent Exposure, a serious misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail if convicted.
