A Coralville man was arrested this week for a June theft from a Coral Ridge Mall business.
Police say 68-year-old Perry Stout of Mulberry Place took an Instinct watch and a pair of Bose Headphones out of the display cases on June 3rd and concealed them in a backpack. He then reportedly left the store without any attempt to pay for the items.
The merchandise was valued at over $740.
A warrant was issued on Monday, and Stout was charged with 4th degree theft. If convicted he faces up to a year in jail.
