A power outage affected the city of Hills over the weekend.
The Hills Fire Department reports a power line went down north of the city Sunday morning, causing a power outage to affect the surrounding area.
Residents were requested to avoid the area of 500th Street and Oak Crest Hill Road so crews could fix the issue. Power was restored by midday.
No cause for the damaged power line has been released.
