A Waterloo man has been arrested on a warrant stemming from a sexual abuse case from over ten years ago.
According to the criminal complaint, 28 year old Ricky Witt Jr. was 15 years old when he had a victim under 12 touch his penis with her hand at a North Liberty location between March 1st and December 31st, 2012. Witt allegedly was caught in the act by a witness on one occasion. He allegedly admitted to the acts when interviewed by police.
Witt was charged with 2nd degree Sexual Abuse, and could be sentenced to up to 25 years in prison if convicted on the charge.
