The subject of a no-contact order is accused of accosting the protected party in a Coralville parking lot.

Coralville Police say 43-year-old Justin Woods approached the woman in the parking lot of Kohl’s on Commerce Drive just after 5:30 Friday night. Investigators say Woods, who lists his address as CommUnity Crisis Services on Gilbert Court in Iowa City, told the woman he wanted food from her vehicle. He allegedly cursed at the woman and called her a “brother f—er”.

The victim filed for a no-contact order against Woods after an incident last month at the woman’s storage unit on Camp Cardinal Boulevard where he reportedly ruined the woman’s belongings.

Woods was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 6:30 Friday night and charged with Violating a Protective Order.
