The City of Hills has identified two willing write-in candidates for next week’s city council election.
Even though two Hills city council seats are being contested, the only candidate on the ballot is incumbent Emily Hudachek.
Once the deadline for candidates to file passed, city officials called for submissions from residents who wanted to run as write-in candidates. A Thursday post on the official City of Hills Facebook page now says Hills residents Andrew Blauvelt and Sue Henderson have expressed interest in running.
