At 10:19 a.m., Friday, Jan. 9, 2026, the Iowa City Police Department responded to Hills Bank, 2621 Muscatine Avenue, for a report of a bank robbery.
The suspect fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. An additional suspect photo can be found below.
Anyone with information, including security camera footage, is encouraged to contact Detective Cade Burma at cburma@iowa-city.org or 319-356-5441 or submit an anonymous tip using the Crime Stoppers information below.
