A Tiffin man faces felony charges after allegedly transmitting videos showing bestiality and minors engaging in prohibited sex acts.
According to the criminal complaints, 32-year-old Cody Albin of West 3rd Street began transmitting a series of videos on June 8th last year depicting persons engaged in penetrative sex acts with animals on the Kik Chat platform.
Albin then allegedly posted video of a minor engaged in a prohibited sex act to another user on the same platform on June 9th, and four different occasions on June 11th.
A warrant for Albin’s arrest was issued last Friday; he was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 12:45am Wednesday. He faces one count of Bestiality and four counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children.
If convicted on all charges against him, Albin could be sentenced to up to 52 years in prison.
