A Cedar Rapids woman with a history of theft convictions has been charged with additional incidents.
Court records indicate 60–year-old Kimberly Isaacson of Westover Road SE was at the Coral Ridge Mall Best Buy on December 28th and again on January 20th. She allegedly took two video game systems in December, and headphones, an air purifier and a hair dryer in January.
On both occasions, Isaacson allegedly left the store with no attempt to pay for the items. Total loss to the store was estimated at over $2000.
Two other unidentified theft charges reportedly occurred December 31st and January 2nd.
A check of her criminal records showed Isaacson had been convicted of theft in Iowa 11 previous times.
Isaacson faces up to 11 years in prison if convicted on three counts of 3rd degree Theft and 1 count of 2nd degree Theft. A Case Management Conference is scheduled for May 18th.
