An enthusiastic crowd of hundreds gathered in downtown Iowa City to protest recent budget cuts and executive orders by the Trump administration.
Signs protesting cuts to veteran services, the National Weather Service, women’s rights and the LGBTQ+ community were among the many carried by attendees.
