The Iowa Hawkeye men’s basketball team continues to rebuild, after Saint Mary’s transfer Andrew McKeever announced he’s committed to the team Saturday.
McKeever made the announcement with On3 Saturday afternoon.
McKeever is a 7’3″ 285 pound sophomore, who averaged 8.2 points, 9.2 rebounds and 1.8 assists last season. He will have two season of eligibility as a Hawkeye.
Friday, Illinois State transfer Ty’Reek Coleman announced his Hawkeye commitment on Friday night.
The Hawkeyes have 10 players returning for the 2026-27 season, including starters Kael Combs, Cooper Koch and Cam Manyawu.
