One person was killed in a one-vehicle accident near West Liberty.
The incident happened on the 2200 block of Delta Avenue, between West Liberty and Downey, just after 9pm Tuesday. The Iowa State Patrol says a 2010 Chevy Impala was driving northbound when it lost control on the gravel roadway and rolled into the east ditch.
A front-seat passenger was ejected. The driver was able to escape and free the rear passenger.
One person was killed. Two others were injured, including one person who was transported to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
No other information has been released.
