A Coralville man faces prison time after investigators allegedly saw him sell various amounts of meth on three different occasions.
44-year-old Marcus Turner of Boston Way was reportedly seen at a residence on the 900 block of 20th Avenue Place the afternoon of August 3rd, where he possessed and delivered 54 grams of methamphetamine.
On September 14th, another incident was obserfved on the 2000 block of Taylor Drive in Iowa City where Turner allegedly possessed and delivered 2.1 ounces of meth.
Finally on October 10th, Turner was observed with 69 grams of meth that he delivered at a residence on the 200 block of Boston Way.
The drugs confiscated in all three transactions were sent to the lab at the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, and were tested positive as methamphetamine.
Turner was arrested on warrants Wednesday morning. He faces three counts each of a Class B Controlled Substance Violation and Failure to Affix Drug Stamp. If convicted on all charges, he could be sentenced to up to 90 years in prison.
