The Annual Walk to Defeat ALS will be held Saturday morning at the Hyatt Regency on the Iowa River Landing in Coralville.
Natalie Moningi, the program coordinator, visited KCJJ to talk about what to expect earlier this week. She said registration starts at 9am and the walk will begin at around 10. There will also be plenty of family-friendly activities, including face painters for kids.
Moningi said day-of registration is allowed, and those who want to come and watch are welcome. Donations will be collected on site, or go to the link below to make a direct donation to the walk.
